- JOB OBJECTIVE
- The Executive Assistant to the CEO performs advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of mental health services, family services, and children and youth services. The Executive Assistant maintains a healthy and helpful working relationship with both the CEO and Practice Manager to provide the extensive support needed. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.

- JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant administrative experience; non-profit experience preferred.
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, and have a sense of urgency to complete tasks accurately and on schedule.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bi-lingual is a plus.
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook,
- Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; and standard office equipment required to include copies, scanners, telephones, projection & presentation technology.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 1. Knowledge of Microsoft and MS Office, knowledge of printers and fax machines, ability to multitask, reliability, and punctuality.
- 2. Must be very organized, switch to new tasks frequently, and work independently.
- 3. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills – you can convey information and connect with diverse personalities.
- 4. Knowledge of generally accepted office management procedures and practices or specialized training.
- 5. Ability to understand and maintain the highest levels of confidentiality.
