- JOB OBJECTIVE
- Responsible for formulating clinical assessments with children, youth, and adults by compiling, gathering, and assembling information to formulate recommendations relevant to the needs of the individuals served.

- JOB QUALIFICATION
- Doctoral Degree in the Human Services Field
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT with a minimum of five years of working experience in the Human Services field
- LMSW, LAPC, LAMFT with a minimum of seven years of working experience in the Human Services field.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 1. Licensed in Georgia in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy.
- 2. Graduate from an accredited university or college.
- 3. Knowledge of DSM-V TR diagnoses in children, youth, and adults.
- 4. Knowledge of best practices in children’s mental health, adult mental health, and trauma-informed care.
- 5. Use empirically validated and evidence-based treatment modalities.
- 6. Knowledgeable of Client Rights
- 7. Competent with the Professional Code of Ethics
- 8. Competence in written and oral communications, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- 9. Required to maintain high-quality clinical documentation, completed promptly and consistent with policies outlined in the company handbook and licensure requirements.
- 10. Must maintain yearly professional liability insurance.
- 11. The ideal candidate is flexible to conduct assessments in the office, home, and community settings
