- Provide leadership, clinical oversight, and administrative management. This position will ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions while fostering a collaborative, supportive, and innovative treatment environment.

- JOB QUALIFICATION
- A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related mental health field, with a valid state licensure (e.g., PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPC).
- JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 1. A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive clinical and administrative experience in mental health settings, with a strong preference for leadership roles in PHP and IOP programs.
- 2. Demonstrated expertise in clinical program development, quality improvement, and staff leadership.
- 3. In-depth knowledge of best practices in mental health treatment and an ongoing commitment to staying abreast of emerging research and methodologies.
- 4. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and mobilize a diverse team of professionals.
- 5. Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset, committed to ethical practice and excellence in client care.
